All fees for our courses  or appointment must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Payment can be made using accepted credit/debit cards or other specified payment methods. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality educational programs. If you are not satisfied with your enrollment for any reason, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 3 days of your enrollment date, provided you have not attended any live sessions.
• Partial Refund: If you attend one or more live sessions but decide to withdraw from the program, you may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated on a prorated basis for the remaining sessions.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued after 3 days from your enrollment date or if you have attended at least 50% the sessions or for any other reasons not specified above.

5. Course Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to course materials and live sessions. Access is granted solely to you and cannot be shared or transferred to others.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided in our programs are the intellectual property of Fincliff and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. User Responsibilities

By participating in our courses, you agree to:

• Actively engage and participate in live sessions.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other participants.
• Not use offensive language or engage in disruptive behavior during sessions.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fincliff is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our courses. The information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
